To the point I loved my truck but didn't want to go to the dealership even under warranty due to the rude remarks make by another advisor and the horrible customer service I had received and having to fight to get work done under my CPO warranty. Although I still have a mysterious water leak and an intermittent hard shift transmission issue. I still enjoyed the respect and updates and customer service I received. Intermittent issues and water leaks are of course some of the most difficult inspections to perform because you have to be able to duplicate the concern/issues. Thank you for changing my mind and really taking the time to get me taken care of. I know I still have a bit of weary feelings, but I would like to keep working with Jeff and Colette from now on. Thank you both! I have had my Tacoma for almost a year and bought it CPO. I truly love Toyotas and the Tacoma especially. It has been a great truck so far! Thank you to Alex LaFave for helping me get into my Tacoma last March, for your honesty, and taking my Mazda CX-5. Best decision ever! More

Usually, buying a car is an excruciating process of negotiation that leaves you with the nagging feeling of been ripped-off, or at least that you could have done better. But this time, we knew what we wanted, we found exactly that vehicle on the lot, and then we arranged the purchase and financing without a hitch. All told, we were in-and-out in a few hours and couldn't be happier about the process. More
