Great car buying experience! We moved to Washington in 2016 and recently decided it was time to trade in our 2011 Honda for a new car. We have always had great Honda service, but decided to look at other brands before making our decision. Rodland Toyota turned out to be our first of three dealer visits, the others being Honda and Ford. We have previously been satisfied owners of cars from all three manufactures. During our initial visit, we met with Mike Massey. We were delighted with his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Rav4. He did not waste time running down competitors. In fact, he gave them credit for producing good products. Instead, he spent his time making sure we thoroughly understood the Toyota product and the dealership's dedication to its customers. After our visits to the other dealers, we decided that the Rav4 was the car for us and Rodland the dealer for us. We felt that Rodland showed the most interest in their business both in their upkeep of the dealership and in their respect for the customer. The negotiation was brief and straight-forward and we were happy with the outcome. We have been driving our new Toyota for a week now and are pleased to say we would enthusiastically recommend both Toyota and the Rodland dealership. Bob and Sue R. More

Not only did I like the car, I was introduced to Derrick as a salesmen for when I was ready to buy. He was always very polite, not pushy, and knew the ins and outs of the cars I was considering. When I was ready to buy, he made the whole process smooth. This was in stark contrast to 3 of the 4 other dealers I'd interacted with in shopping for this car. The other was also helpful but could not match the Rodland offer. More
