Unfortunately the first time I went into the dealership the salesman Muratbek Khudaybergenov was not helpful what so ever. I was emailed an offer for my 2017 RAV4 due to the excessive miles i have put on it because i travelled from Sedro Woolley to Everett every day for work. So of course i went in as soon as i could, told Muratbek my situation and he asked what i preferred for my next car and i said 4Runner. He left me and my sister in law to talk with his managers and came back pointing out the issues of how the process would go but it didn’t look good obviously so i mentioned i was sent this offer for a reason and that’s why I’m here but he kept stating the issue and honestly seemed like he didn’t want to go the extra mile and dig a little deeper instead he turned me away and said he couldn’t put me in a different car under the circumstances of my loan status. So me and my sister in law drove all the way from Sedro Woolley to Everett just to be told no and quite honestly if it wasn’t for my parents to have been helped by Jordan Lewis I would not have been back to Rodland Toyota.
