Jordan Lewis became my sales rep. Such a nice guy! He didn't waste a minute of my time, he found an exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted. We scheduled time for me to come, and it was done and completed within an hour. My husband was so impressed, he decided to get himself a new Highlander as well, and came to work with Jordan only 3 days after me. Great friendliness. Horrible and incorrect information given Geordy my Salesman was super nice and seem to work hard for me! BUT He was incorrect about what my actual car I was getting was equipped with vs the one He said was the EXACT same car but a color I didn't want. He worked so hard at making sure I got a great deal on my new Lease but I got screwed about the features, so I am changing my review due to being told the Corolla LE that was white in the main parking lot was the EXACT same car I was getting but it was in a different lot and in silver , the color I wanted (I have 2 witnesses to what was promised and said). The features were not the same and NOONE including Geordy noticed the missing electronic stuff until I had signed everything and was getting ready to drive away! All that was offered was oh, sorry I was wrong! I am angry and was mislead and lied to! Oh and John the manager changed all kinds of things concerning my contract but did not explain any of it nor would he let me compare the first papers I saw to the new ones that he kept having me initial! I could have just gotten the Corolla L because I pretty much got that anyway. There was no reason to upgrade to the LE except to give Rodland Toyota more $ over my 3 yr lease. More
