Great experience Bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander from Sergey through the Costco Auto program and it was a very easy and well done experience. I have had other experien Bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander from Sergey through the Costco Auto program and it was a very easy and well done experience. I have had other experiences at car dealerships where the sales person "has to speak to the manager" about some item or other - none of that crap here. Very streamlined. Sergey was very attentive and spent a good 45 minutes after the sale pointing out the various features of the Highlander - he could just as easily handed us off to someone else but no, he was with us throughout the entire transaction. We were trading in a Ford F-350 pickup and they gave us a couple thousand more than what we were expecting to get (looked at Bluebook and Edmunds websites) All told, a great experience and I would have zero problem recommending Rodland of Everett to anyone. More
