Easy and awesome I did a lot of my research online for looking at the best price for a new toyota 4runner. A few dealerships were at a similar price, I contacted these guys and they beat everyone else every time. This guy was pretty attentive to every need I had. They gave me a super discount and because I had to wait for my vehicle to come in from somewhere else, they put me in a sweet rental for no joke the whole week while I waited for it and for my 4runner to get some new awesome upgrades! Also because the original car I wanted had racks and the new one they got me didn't, they comped me some new racks just for being patient! Luke the parts dude was also super killer at getting me awesome products for my new ride! I came in with a quote from les schwab and Luke beat their price AND included a nurff bar for my ride all for $1,000 less! Labor included! I've only delt with one other dealership and this one by far is the absolute best. I will never buy a car from anywhere else again! These guys were very professional and worked super quick, but never once pushed me into anything! They showed me lots of options and helped me get exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford! More

SCAM!! Rodland Toyota is the 100% worst service I have ever had! I brought my 2010 Toyota Tacoma truck in for a diagnostic for a shifting issue and when I we Rodland Toyota is the 100% worst service I have ever had! I brought my 2010 Toyota Tacoma truck in for a diagnostic for a shifting issue and when I went to pick up my truck the next day they had to jump start my battery for me to even leave? I have never once had any issue with my trucks battery or starting it EVER! I've leave my truck for days at a time frequently and have never had any sort of issue. But now after bringing my truck home I have to jump it every time I start it! The shop at Rodlands Toyota ruined my battery completely! When i had brought my truck in for a totally unrelated issue! I called and talked to the service manager Terry Hill and all he had to tell me was that, " I'm sorry your battery just failed." Which makes zero sense!! I've never had an ounce of an issue before but when I bring my truck in to be looked at it doesn't even run now without a jump! I asked for a reimbursement for my diagnostic because obviously they have ruined a totally unrelated part to my truck that I had brought it in for that was working completely fine before I had brought it in. Terry had said if I bought a battery that they would install if for free but I'd still have to buy the battery!! That they ruined!! Installing a battery takes a whole 5 min! So he's saying my 5 min installation of a battery charge would be covered? What a joke!! Also why would I want them to even touch my truck after this whole situation? They will just ruin it more and say something else just magically "failed" after taking it into a certified Toyota dealership! All I wanted was to be reimbursed for my diagnostic because currently my truck is now undrivable after taking it in! But Terry had reasurred me that, that will not be happening that all I'd receive is the 5 min service for putting in a new battery that I HAVE TO PAY FOR!! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!! They will mess up your vehicle and say it's not there fault just so you have to pay them more money to have it fixed by them! IT'S A MONEY SCHEME!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!! More
