Before going to Rodland we had gone to another dealership in Bellevue a My family recently purchased a new Highlander for Jordan Lewis at Rodland. Before going to Rodland we had gone to another dealership in Bellevue and received the worst service possible. I had set up a meeting days in advance explaining exactly what I wanted to look at, only to show up and they had no idea who I was. At Rodland, however, I contacted Jordan in the morning and told him I would be in sometime in the afternoon. Even though I gave him no specific time, Jordan had a car ready and washed for me to look at when we arrived. The staff was friendly and inviting and even put up with my two boys running around and causing chaos most of the time. Jordan and the management gave me a very fair price and was very patient with me as we negotiated the deal. In the end, we bought a wonderful car which the whole family is very happy with. Thanks to Jordan and the staff at Rodland, this was my first major purchase where I did not wake up the next morning with buyer’s remorse. More

Alex was extremely prompt, courteous, and was aggressive right from the start, when other area dealerships (Bellevue, Seattle, Renton) stood by and did not care about my business. I asked for the most aggressive price on a new camry, and Alex delivered and earned my business in 1 email, saving me time, money and aggravation.
