I was floored, having planned to have to spend the whole day there with lots of waiting around. I did have to wait a little bit, but got a cookie and tea at the complimentary cafe. I had been dreading the "finance person" talk as i know that's always when they try to hit you with more things. Doug was friendly, personable, and not pushy at all. Yes, he had some different things to sell me, but he showed me the info, and backed off. I didn't feel pressured at all. To top it off, Jordan delivered my car to me on Monday. All around, just a fantastic experience. More
