He followed up without being pushy and made the pre-process very enjoyable. Once I was on the lot, my entire car buying experience took 2 hours. I was floored, having planned to have to spend the whole day there with lots of waiting around. I did have to wait a little bit, but got a cookie and tea at the complimentary cafe. I had been dreading the "finance person" talk as i know that's always when they try to hit you with more things. Doug was friendly, personable, and not pushy at all. Yes, he had some different things to sell me, but he showed me the info, and backed off. I didn't feel pressured at all. To top it off, Jordan delivered my car to me on Monday. All around, just a fantastic experience. More

I was referred to Colin by a co-worker and he did not disappoint. Very friendly and low pressure. I came in to the dealership with no appointment and Colin was very accommodating even though he was very busy with other guests.
