I used the Costco Car-Buying Referral Program. I was immediately contacted by Jeff Sweeney to set up an appointment. My sales consultant, Rob Olsen, worked diligently to find me the right car. He made immediately contacted by Jeff Sweeney to set up an appointment. My sales consultant, Rob Olsen, worked diligently to find me the right car. He made certain that I understood everything about the car before I drove off in my new Toyota Venza. The finance manager and director (Joy and Tom) were very helpful and informative, without high pressure. I would use Rodland Toyota again. More
John was great. He explained everything with detail (since I don't buy a new car everyday). Good deal on my trade in and a good deal on the new vehicle. There was no pressure to buy 'right now' as we f (since I don't buy a new car everyday). Good deal on my trade in and a good deal on the new vehicle. There was no pressure to buy 'right now' as we found at the Honda dealership down the road. The financing department was great too. Again, everything was explained in detail. Overall, a top-notch operation. More

I also had them service and replace the automatic transmission fluid. At this time, the truck was running perfectly fine. 2000 miles later, just after the waranty expired, the transmission in my truck failed. This ended up costing me $5000 dollars. The service manager said it was a mechanical failure that caused the problem. He said that the internal torque converter seized up and caused the transmission to fail. I questioned him how does a tranny go out 2000 miles after they service it? He denied that his shop had anything to do with this. He also further insulted me by stating that they were not the ones who had been driving the vehicle. This has been a horrible experience for me. I'm sorry, but transmissions just do not go out in Toyota's at 77,000 miles. Not without human error and neglegence on a shop's part. People, do not go to Rodland Toyota for any reason at all. They will not admit fault when they make mistakes. They do not stand by their products. I'm currently still fighting this. More
I went to this dealership to buy a 4runner and they made me sit there for 5 hours!!! I explained that we were looking for a used almost new certified vehicle. They promised that they would certify one that me sit there for 5 hours!!! I explained that we were looking for a used almost new certified vehicle. They promised that they would certify one that they had. I said ok and started the paperwork. When i looked at the paperwork it didnt say certified. When I asked they said dont worry about it!! Famous last words. I asked to see a Carfax and they refused. i walked out and inputed it myself and found out the car was a rental car!!! I had asked if it was a rental car and Tom Baldwin said it was not. What a Liar!! More
I bought my Highlander from Rodland so I took it there for its first oil change. The day after the oil change I noticed oil on my driveway and I took it back in, they said the seal on the filter was fault for its first oil change. The day after the oil change I noticed oil on my driveway and I took it back in, they said the seal on the filter was faulty, no apology for me to having to get a taxi to work so I called the sales manager and he was even worse than the service agent. He told me that my car left their dealer in perfect condition and the fault must have started after I drove the car down the street. He couldn't admit that they either installed the oil filter wrong or installed a faulty o ring. I will never go back there or recommend them. More
I traveled an hour and a half to go to this particular dealer since they were suggested from USAA for price of the vehicle I looked at. The sales man was a pawn and the sales manager a slime ball. They sh dealer since they were suggested from USAA for price of the vehicle I looked at. The sales man was a pawn and the sales manager a slime ball. They shake your hand and cut your wrists at the same time. The inconsistency and blame shifting by the sales representative was almost impressive they were that good at it. I talked to the sales manager once before we talked price and then the rep would walk between us. the manager would not come out from behind his desk to face my aggression until I got up to leave to show his "concern" for my unhappiness?! Its almost mind blowing how deceitful they are while smiling. Don't waste your sanity and true humane thought on this dealership of weazels. unless you like dealing with rodents More
Games Dealers Play... After a signed written agreement on a car, supplied by them after 10 days of talks, test drives, and car rentals, they backed out of their own deal to try to charge me an extra $800. on a car, supplied by them after 10 days of talks, test drives, and car rentals, they backed out of their own deal to try to charge me an extra $800.00. Why? No reason, they are scammers. My advise is go somewhere else. I would never walk in there again. After all this stress and anxiety goes away after such a non-buyer friendly experience goes away... I will go to Magic and pay over MSRP before I ever went back to Rodland More

Never mind that an agreement was in place and my deposit had been made. They are weasels. I feel burned. I would never consider dealing with them again. The two employees with whom I spoke and negotiated were unfailingly helpful and polite. It was clearly not their decision, but some higher-ups who decided to jerk the price around. Watch out for these "dealers." More
I enjoy shopping for a car as much as the next guy. We were shopping for a van, and we ended up buying a 2008 Sienna. The salesman was very nice and understood that this was a big purchase and didn't push me. I feel pretty good about the whole experience and would shop with them again if the need arises. I do wish that they had a childrens play room. More
This dealership has lied to me. They refused to inform me of incentive pricing on options I wanted. When I confronted them on it they lied about it, then led me on that they would correct the problem and me of incentive pricing on options I wanted. When I confronted them on it they lied about it, then led me on that they would correct the problem and then finaly said you bought the car if you want those options you can trade in your used car and buy the one you want at anytime. I started asking when the car was only one day old and less than 100 miles, they could have easily fixed the problem at that time. More
