Great experience at Rodland Toyota. No pressure sales, and a very patient and customer oriented sales staff. Very customer satisfaction oriented. Colin was very accommodating with our time. I went to the parts department at Rodland Toyota on a Saturday afternoon on April 2, 2011 to purchase new High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps for my 2007 Toyota Prius. The headlamps were in the proc Saturday afternoon on April 2, 2011 to purchase new High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps for my 2007 Toyota Prius. The headlamps were in the process of dying (intermittently not working). I then proceeded to the service department to ask about what I would need to do to replace them. Both Steve Hendrickson and Zach Convey let me know that Toyota had extended the warranty on Prius Headlamps out to five years and 50,000 miles. I met those conditions, and they got me in almost immediately. They saved me $400 ($300 on the bulbs and $100 on service). I found out that changing out the bulbs would have been no easy task. And that people that tried, tended to come in afterwards and pay to have it done. Having experienced the friendliness and the obvious concern for a customer's positive experience at Rodland Toyota's Service Department, I have absolutely no qualms about returning for any service I may need in the future. A positive experience. Was the first time of my many car buying experience which went very smoothly. I had a great sales experience with my sales representative. I appreciated the fact that he did not at any time pressure me. He answered my questions promptly and honestly. He was easy to communicate with by phone and email during the process. He was able to locate the car I wanted and bring it to the dealership for me to see and purchase. The vehicle which is a Toyota Venza 2011 has exceeded all of my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. The only negative with my experience was the dealership trying to sell me after market services that I didn't want. This was not a big negative but it was one. This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership in two years. I returned because I had a good experience the first time and I had an equally good experience this time. I used the Costco buying program so that I would not have to spend time and trouble negotiating the price and this was very helpful to me as a buyer. More

What a pleasant experience I had at this dealership! I hate, hate, hate, to work at buying a new car, dreading the ordeal! This was not like any experience I've had before. John was great. He explained everything with detail (since I don't buy a new car everyday). Good deal on my trade in and a good deal on the new vehicle. I had Rodland Toyota's service dept do the 75,000 mile I had Rodland Toyota's service dept do the 75,000 mile factory maintenance service on my 2003 Toyota Tundra. I also had them service and replace the I had Rodland Toyota's service dept do the 75,000 mile factory maintenance service on my 2003 Toyota Tundra. I also had them service and replace the automatic transmission fluid. At this time, the truck was running perfectly fine. 2000 miles later, just after the waranty expired, the transmission in my truck failed. This ended up costing me $5000 dollars. The service manager said it was a mechanical failure that caused the problem. He said that the internal torque converter seized up and caused the transmission to fail. I questioned him how does a tranny go out 2000 miles after they service it? He denied that his shop had anything to do with this. He also further insulted me by stating that they were not the ones who had been driving the vehicle. This has been a horrible experience for me. I'm sorry, but transmissions just do not go out in Toyota's at 77,000 miles. Not without human error and neglegence on a shop's part. People, do not go to Rodland Toyota for any reason at all. They will not admit fault when they make mistakes. They do not stand by their products. I'm currently still fighting this. More
