Service: The service department has been doing a great job for us since we started to use it in '95. During those years They've cared for our Camry, Corolla, 4Runners (2), Previa, Tacomas (2), a Toyota pickup based RV, and going forward, our most recent purchase, a Rav4. Customer Service / Friendliness - While you always find people meeting you at the door at a dealership, I found the people to be truely friendly and felt no presure to buy or make instant decisions. Quality - There were a couple minor issues during the negotiation & delivery process but all were handled quickly and equatablity. Price - I was very happy with the price I negotiated on the new car and I believe I was also fairly treated on the trade-in. My salesman Colin, was friendy, courtious and ready to make sure the entire purchasing process was efficiently handled and to my complete satifaction. Overall I found this to be my best ever car buying experience. More
I came in to the dealership with a damaged taillight assembly. Someone had hit my truck the previous evening and I was from out of town. We liked the not so hard core sales staff on the used lot as well as the new car lot. Even the finance director wasn't very pushy with all of the add-ons he tried to sell us. Omar was very friendly and great to work with. Mr Yi showed that he knows his line of work and and is able to respond promptly to questions about the cars he is selling. He seemed to enjoy bringing is different models to examine and to point out features of each model. My son and I both feel that we have made another friend. Colin is a great person and wonderful to work with. He and the manager worked very hard to get me my Prius in a week and a half, when I thought it would be 4-6 months!! The only negative (which is why I and the manager worked very hard to get me my Prius in a week and a half, when I thought it would be 4-6 months!! The only negative (which is why I rate Overall Experience as Good rather than Great) has to do with the iPod accessory I wanted installed. The service department, after removing the dash and trying to hook it up, couldn't get it to work. After much research they found out that that accessory won't work with the particular stereo installed in my Prius. Colin and the others were very apologetic and all (and, of course, refunded my money), but it was a bit of a downer in the overall experience. It would have been nice if they had known beforehand so I wouldn't get my hopes up. But, like I said, Colin was wonderful. This is the 3rd new car we've bought through him. And Colin and Rodland Toyota will be who we go to the next time we're in a market for a new car. More
I went there knowing what vehicle I wanted. The only questions I had were could I get my price and could I get enough from my trade-in. We travelled there from Puyallup, and when we are in the market for another vehicle we will, with out a doubt, shop their inventory first. More
