He's very dishonest salesman I haven't seen in any dealership around this areas. He likes to play the old trick to lure the customer in the deal and then manipulated into a missed understanding of the dealership around this areas. I was not looking forward to buying a new car after having my other for 18 years. I did visit a few other dealerships to look at other cars but when I got to Rodland Toyota they had a car waiting for having my other for 18 years. I did visit a few other dealerships to look at other cars but when I got to Rodland Toyota they had a car waiting for me that was exactly what I wanted. I had called prior to going to make sure they had stock in the car I wanted. I knew the minute I saw the car it was the one I wanted, they had taken the time to listen to what I was looking for and it was great. The sales staff was fantastic and made the experience painless.
