I was not looking forward to buying a new car after having my other for 18 years. I did visit a few other dealerships to look at other cars but when I got to Rodland Toyota they had a car waiting for having my other for 18 years. I read the article about Buzz and liked it that it was a family business and that he was my age. Silly I know but there you have it. So I was there one day -- I got a brochure which was also a big deal to me. The next day I called Minh with more questions and next thing I knew I made the appointment and bought the car. I'll say it here again -- Rodland is the right dealership. Tom (and kind Lyle who introduced himself to me) were wonderful and Minh was great at explaining everything. If I told you the whole dealership story I'd be up til midnight. Super friendly people! More

Quality - There were a couple minor issues during the negotiation & delivery process but all were handled quickly and equatablity. Price - I was very happy with the price I negotiated on the new car and I believe I was also fairly treated on the trade-in. My salesman Colin, was friendy, courtious and ready to make sure the entire purchasing process was efficiently handled and to my complete satifaction. Overall I found this to be my best ever car buying experience. More
