This Dealership was the best. Rob was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. I ordered a new Prius through them but was not able to pick it up until a month after it arrived. Bubba made buying a used Matrix a very pleasant experience. There was no pressure, he was very friendly and had a very pleasant personality. And he introduced me to a salesman who worked opposite shifts from him, just in case I came in and Bubba wasn't there. Experience with Rodland was overall wonderful. Dealer was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things that I was uncomfortable with. One was to have to negotiate price while standing up and was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things that I was uncomfortable with. One was to have to negotiate price while standing up and looking up to the officer at high desk. It made us psychologically very weak to negotiate, perhaps that was their tactic. The other is the warranty period for certified inventory. We did not know it was starting from the original date of purchase, not from my date of purchase. More
