This was the first positive experience I have had at a Toyota Dealer. Jason greeted us, treated us in an extremely polite manner, worked with us through the entire process and made a sale. A score of (4) in my opinion is extremely high and with a rating of (5) it means that there is no room for improvement. Having said that, I stopped by Rodland Toyota only to double check their inventory. I researched the varying tax rates throughout the Western Washington Toyota dealerships and never planned on purchasing from Rodland Toyota. I test drove a couple of different Tacoma's and suprinsingly found one that drove better than all the others I had driven previously. I didn't care for the color and was willing to leave in search of that perfect combination. Well, John Yi worked very hard and asked me what it would take to earn my business. I told him how I felt about the vehicle, but John and one of the sales managers, Jeff, offered me a deal that only a fool would pass on. I drove off the lot with the Tacoma and now realize that this Tacoma was the perfect one for me. I have some items and accessories that are still owed to me and hope that my excellent experience with the sales department continues with the service department. Kudos to John Yi and Rodland Toyota for earning a tough critic's business! More
Walked into the dealer to test drive a Venza and left the dealer 2 hours later with driving a 2011 Venza. My wife and I came to Rodland Toyota looking to replace my commuter car. We didn’t really know what we wanted but price and economy were high priorities in making our decision. I had a model in mind but it wasn’t quite right Mike Massey. Showed us the Scion Xd and it seamed like a good fit so we purchased it. After driving it a few days I am pleased with the car and the overall buying process. This is our second Scion we have a 2010 Xb also purchased from Rodland Toyota and Mike Massey. I had been dreading the purchase of a new vehicle fearing the stereotypical "car sales pressure" often associated with this process. My wife and I visited many dealerships that confirmed this fear, which ne the stereotypical "car sales pressure" often associated with this process. After meeting with Rob Olsen and his fellow staff, we both walked away feeling Rodland Toyota has taken a different approach of the sale process; which includes no-pressure sales techniques combined with people who have the common sense not to scare away the customer in order to "drive away today" with a new vehicle. I explained my interest in a specific vehicle to Rob, however left the door open for him to find me a close replacement. Being the professional salesman, Rob suggested I wait for a couple of weeks while he located my first choice, which he did. Now after driving my new vehicle, I am so glad I listened to Rob and waited. I have already recommended Rob to others, and am confident they will have the same pleasant experience I had. More
We just bought our second car from Rodland and have worked with Colin both times. We love our Sequioa and really appreciated the good service we have received at Rodland, that really made us become re worked with Colin both times. Jeff was great. I had heard many horror stories about car dealerships and I was a little worried going in to this deal. Rob knew the features of the car and explained them while we waited for financing, later he helped sync up my phone. Definitely not a typical salesman pressuring me which is what turned me off of prior dealers. Still cannot believe it went so seamless! More
