I bought my first Prius in April of 2008 from Kirk. It was a time when finding a Prius in stock was an enormous feat and it was the only one you had between new and used cars! I bought it outright for around $24,000 which I realize today was pretty darn expensive seeing as how its financial worth today is only about $10,000 or less depending on how unfavorably the side dings cost me. Also today I can just about buy a new Prius for that amount. I have had all of my maintenance done at the dealership and every one has been unfailingly polite and helpful except that no one has yet to sync up my new phone w the bluetooth in the car. Your prices for service are fair. I did recently get a 15% Costco discount or matching discount and then forgot to tell my husband about it when he picked the car up! No worries, lol, I will ask again. I did feel pretty bad that I paid $1850 (approx.) for a prepaid service and it ended up only including 3 or 4 oil, filter, lube changes that normally would have only cost me about $170!!! Now you offer a 2 yr maintenance package w the new cars so I will still come back to you. I have talked to several sales people over the years but Mr. Massey has been the one who has stayed in touch but never pressured. I appreciate that very much! More

I tried dealing with the local dealer in Skagit County through their internet sales and was not happy with the results. I then sent an offer to Rodland Toyota on the same car and they came back with a pr through their internet sales and was not happy with the results. I then sent an offer to Rodland Toyota on the same car and they came back with a price that was very close to what I was looking for. I ended up buying my Camry from Rodland and got the car $2000 cheaper than Foothills Toyota would do. When I showed up on New Years Day I was met by the internet salesman who directed me to Jason Lyon. They had the car I wanted to drive ready and I was able to take the car for a drive right away. I found Jason to be a pleasant person to deal with and he did not try to direct me to any other car. I was able to make the purchase and be home within 2 1/2 hrs start to finish. I have put off buying a new car for several months because I don't like going into dealerships that give you the run around and try to up sell you. I will defiantly deal with Rodland and Jason again if I ever need another car or truck. More

I came to Rodland Toyota via the Internet looking for a Red, 2011 Prius with the 4th level of options. Their Internet sales manager was very courteous and helpful, without being overly friendly. They secured exactly what I was looking for within about a day from my initial inquiry and had the car shipped to their location within a day after that. I was handed over (smoothly) to Mike Hilderbrand. Mike was also great to work with, and honored the price I was quoted, and even threw in a few extras. The price was very satisfactory. I live on Whidbey Island, and Mike picked me up from the ferry and, per my request, ensured my sales experience was as short as possible. I asked to have the paperwork completed within 30 minutes of my arrival (admittedly a nutty request), and he did his best and -- together with a very couteous Finance team -- had me out of there in 38 minutes. I am not kidding. It was the very best car buying experience I have had, and I've purchased quite a few autos. This is my 3rd Prius and I love it. Thanks, Rodland! More

I knew it would be difficult to find a car because of my past credit issues after a recent layoff. I had my heart set on a Camry and Jeff did everything he could to show me everything that would fit my cre past credit issues after a recent layoff. I had my heart set on a Camry and Jeff did everything he could to show me everything that would fit my credit issues in addition to Camry's. However, after looking and going over several deals on different cars I told him that it was a Camry or nothing. He found a perfect gray one with less than 40k miles, while at the same time dealing with my wants, 5 year old twin boys, and an occasional verbal jab from my girlfriend. We spent a lot of time at the dealership, far longer than we thought we would, but Jeff made the entire experience very enjoyable. We love our new Camry. More
Two purchases in two day's! After doing research through Edmunds.com on the internet, I submitted for a quote with Rodland and Wendy ONeal was quick to respond. The price quoted was acceptable and Wendy tracked down the exact vehicle I was looking for and had it brought to Rodland from another dealer, all for the quoted price. Wendy and I went back-and-forth with Q & A and I never had to pick up the phone. This is what I preferred and my request was honored by this dealership. After arriving to the dealer and meeting Jason Lyon who gave me a rundown of the truck options, I went for a test drive with Jeff Larson. Both individuals were professional and helpful. Darci Clark went through the paperwork in finance and the whole process was seamless, professional, with very little pressure other than rejecting a bunch of add-on features and warranty items in finance. The second vehicle purchased was the following day. Wendy and I had discussed the Toyota RAV4 with certain options and what it would take to get one to the dealer. Being my wife's birthday, I jumped on the site and saw a possible vehicle to surprise her with. Wendy quickly set-up a meeting with Jason Lyon to review and test drive the vehicle. Jason is a "diamond in the rough" for Rodland and being a manager in the retail industry, Jason is friendly, honest, and real. I didn't like the beige color of the interior and asked what else they had. He showed me two other RAV4's and one of them was a perfect fit. Jason completed the pre-finance paperwork in a timely fashion and set me up with Tom Staniford. Tom is another A+ asset to Rodland. A finance guy with a personality is hard to come by :) Tom was informed that I had purchased a vehicle the day prior and we went through the documents without any unnecessary time wasting. This experience was better than the first with a solid team of Wendy behind the computer (BTW - Wendy came down from the internet office on both transactions to greet me and make sure everything was ok. Not sure she got credit for both sales but she should have), Jason doing all the leg-work and customer service, and Tom to put the icing on the cake. Great Team, Great Experience, Happy Wife! More
