We knew what vehicle we wanted and were ready to buy when we contacted Rodland. They indicated via email that Rodland didn't have the vehicle we wanted on the lot but could get it in from another dealership. We went to Rodland to talk price and terms. After spending an excruciating *** 4 hours *** at Rodland, they tell us they can't get the vehicle we want after all because 'it has just been sold.' I can't say for certain that it was Bait and Switch but it sure felt that way. 4 hours at Rodland. That's without a test drive or the like. And we didn't even get to the part where they offer all the extras and add-ons like an extended warranty. We didn't buy from Rodland. It was the last day of a Toyota incentive on the vehicle so we lost the opportunity to take advantage of that. And while Rodland's price on the new vehicle was reasonable (but not great) the price they offered on our trade-in was ludicrously low. We ultimately got a much better price on the trade in and a bit better price on the new vehicle from another dealer. Dealing with Rodland cost us time and money. They were slow and inconsiderate of our time. They gave a poor price for our trade in. Pretty sub-par experience overall. There are plenty of Toyota dealers in the Seattle area. Don't go to Rodland. More
I have been dealing with Rodland Toyota for several years now. I bought my last Prius just two years ago and now have traded it in for the new Prius V. To be very truthful though, the reason I have returned to Rodland Toyota again and again is because of the excellent service department. The employees are very helpful, friendly, and the work is always excellent. On my new purchase John Yi has helped me with a lease instead of a traditional auto purchase. I am very interested in finding out how this new option works over the long haul. More

Everyone was great to work with. John was very attentive and got me exactly what I asked for. Jeff, Tom, and Steve were also integral as they worked to make this a very satisfying purchase. I had gone to 5 dealerships a few days before buying my Corolla from John, and had given all 5 the opportunity to come up with a deal for me. I had 2 vehicles I wanted to trade in, and get a new car with little or no money exchanging hands. I gave all 5 1 week to come up with some options for me. John was the ONLY ONE to call me back the very next day!! John made me a very good deal on my 2012 Corolla, and I will recommend him and Rodland Toyota to my friends and family. My experience at Rodland Toyota was great. I showed up knowing what I wanted and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly when locating my truck and making sure it met my needs. Omar was a great help in showing me the trucks available on the lot, taking me on a test drive (good route), and helping close the sale. The gentlemen at the manager's counter were also very courteous and helpful (sorry I don't recall their names). Also I found the finance person (name, sorry again) was very helpful, courteous, and down to earth when dealing with the paperwork and "upsells". Overall, I'm glad to have made the purchase here and look forward to doing business w/ Rodland Toyota. More
I will NOT bring my toyota to rodland ever again. Horrible service! nobody went over a xxxx thing with me when I got my 07 Highlander back from service! I was told I owe them and extra $50 and that nothing was wrong with my car and to have a nice day. To get home and find that my air filter needs to be replaced, I need Fluids and that i had a 120k service soon. funny how I thought I paid you to change the fluids and to tell me if something was wrong with my car and if things needed to be changed. Further more your service manager is spineless... Not only could he not answer any of my questions, he couldn't explain to me why nobody went over anything that was done to my car or that needed to be done. And when I was told he would call me back... He never did... it's been over 48hours since I spoke to him. As my wife stated before, love our toyota, but the way RODLAND TOYOTA handled me as a customer was pure xxxxxxxx. Sorry to say that I will never be doing business again with rodland and am forced to find a new toyota dealership that can work on my car as well as treat me like and equal customer. More
