The Rodland Toyota staff was very accomadating in making my purchase of a used Honda CRV very easy. We came to terms on price quickly with no high pressure sales tactics. I purchased a new vehicle from Mike last weekend. They didn't bother cleaning the interior of the car - it had coffee spills on the dashboard and door. When I called to complain, he just said the car is didn't bother cleaning the interior of the car - it had coffee spills on the dashboard and door. When I called to complain, he just said the car is a demo and basically - you get what you get. I wasn't pleased with the coffee spills but the attitude made it worse. Don't treat customers that way if you want repeated business. More
