We apologize that your experience was anything less than excellent. We appreciate any and all feedback from our customers and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. However in this particular situation, securing the vehicle was beyond our control. The particular vehicle you were interested in with the build profile you requested, was unfortunately the only one of its kind in 5 states. We made several attempts to contact the dealer at which it was located but received no returned calls. When we finally did make contact with them, they informed us the vehicle had been sold. Again, we apologize for your inconvenience. Our General Sales Manager, Lyle Evans is constantly working with our sales team to improve our customer's experience.
