Discussed with Lyle Evans my interest in purchasing a 2012 Prius. Bingo, within a matter of five minutes he had a print-out of my vehicle with a price that I was comfortable with. As John Yi was my salesperson in a previous purchase and was one that I had worked with before Lyle delegated the task of completing the sale to John. Both gentlemen were highly motivated in assuring me that all my questions and concerns would be satisfied. Purchasing my Prius was a plesant and comfortable experience. My reason for being at Rodland Toyota was primarily to have some service work performed on my wife's RAV 4. We were graciously met by service greeter Christy Lee. She guided us through the checking in process, introduced by name our service advisor, and made us feel comfortable and important throughout the process. Rob and Jim went out of their way to assist in the lease of our new vehicle. After arriving at the dealer around 5pm, the kids were tired and we were ready to buy. They took the time to ensure we understood where in the purchase process we were, answered our questions and assist us late into the evening - as well as helping to distract and entertain the kids (and share some goldfish crackers). Rob took my husband and I out on 2 test drives each to make sure we were happy with the vehicle options and Jim provided options to us to get us into the car with the payments we wanted. I came only to test drive a couple of cars and left purchasing a car from your used car lot.
