I went to Rodland Toyota based on their reputation. I was not disappointed. I had a chance to interact with people from every level of the dealership and everyone was very helpful. Russell was the guy on was not disappointed. I had a chance to interact with people from every level of the dealership and everyone was very helpful. Russell was the guy on the lot, he was not pushy or in a hurry to get me off the lot or into a deal. We went and drove a few different cars. I took quite a long time to decide but Russell stuck with me. I also had some issues with financing after the sale that was outside my control. In resolving the financing issues, I got to deal with the Sales, manager, Finance manager and General Manager. At each level I found people truly honest, and understanding of what situation I was in. In the end I was able to work out my financing. It is obvious that they are not just pulling a "company line" there, but are free to work with the customer to make it a beneficial experience. More

We have been looking at the Toyota Prius for the last 10 years, researching each new model year. We have shopped at several dealerships, looking at both new and used cars, but never found the experience or years, researching each new model year. We have shopped at several dealerships, looking at both new and used cars, but never found the experience or price we were looking for. All this changed this last weekend when we went to Rodland Toyota of Everett. First on the internet, then telephone and finally in person (all in a 24 hour period) we found the car we were looking for, the price we were hoping for and the salesperson (Christopher Jekey) who helped make it happen.
