Unacceptable wait time: had a 7:15am apt waited for 3 hours! They hurried until I told them I was leaving. Jim didnt seemed convinced it was his fault and blamed others. Best new car buying experience I've ever even heard of. I emailed several dealers to request a quote on a new Tundra. I got only a few actual quotes from the dealers I emailed, then also got a few "when w I emailed several dealers to request a quote on a new Tundra. Rodland responded quickly with a quote that was the lowest out of the responding dealers. I was very happy with the quote, which was a certain price relative to invoice, exactly what I wanted. Then my wife and I just went to Rodland to figure out which options we wanted and what sort of trucks were available in the state and picked out our truck. It was PERFECT, it was actually fun. I was looking to skip the whole negotiations mess and just get down to a price I was happy with. This was exactly what I got at Rodland. I started out emailing with Roger Wong, he was great! When we showed up Roger handed us off to Mike Hilderbrand to pick out the truck and finish the rest of the purchase. Mike was awesome. I can't say enough about how little hassle was involved in the experience. My wife and I were shocked at how much we actually enjoyed it! This is how it should always be. Thanks Rodland! More

My initial contact was with Roger Wong, responding to my on-line inquiry. His response and follow up were prompt, courteous and informative. Roger introduced me to salesman Rick Jones, who was a delight to work with. Rick listened to my motivation and interest in possibly purchasing a car and responded accordingly. He was professional while at the same time friendly and fun to work with. Throughout the car buying experience I felt valued as a customer and that my wants and needs were of the utmost importance. We live in eastern Washington and found a car on the web site. When we arrived at the dealer it was Sunday afternoon, but the car that we came to look at was just sold, but they had another one similar, but site. When we arrived at the dealer it was Sunday afternoon, but the car that we came to look at was just sold, but they had another one similar, but was a bit more money, took it for a test drive looked good for a used car. We told the sales man we had our own financing and was told not to worry they could do better but they would want more for the car. We agreed as the % rate they offered was great and the monthy price would work. We signed the papers and away we went with the car. After only 15 min away from car dealer coolant light came on, called the dealer was told well good luck with that after all it is a used car. I wished we would have turned around but we continued. On tuesday we get a call stating they actually could not give us the deal they thought they could but had another deal, which was at a higher percent rate than what we went in with. Tried working with Tom Staniford, he was very rude so I requested working with another finace person. I decided to let the GM know Lyle Evans that some of his staff need training on how to handle customers that are not happy and still to this day Mr Evans has not responded to my email. Do not go to this dealership...I will never go back More
We started our day with the dread of looking for a used car. I wasn't 100% sure of what I was after and figured that I would be spending the entire weekend desling with pushy sterotypical used car salesman car. Thankfully our first and only stop was Rodland Toyota. Mark greated us, and was really nice. Not pushy at all and the furthest thing from the sterotypical salesman. After only speaking with us for a few minutes, he pointed us to a Prius which I hadn't even considered. After sitting in it and driving it, the car was everything I was looking for. Mark worked with us on the financing and made sure we were able to buy the car. I had the rest of the weekend to enjoy. Best used car buying experience. Would definately recommend Rodland Toyota and Mark. More
