My children love the car because they could really have the needed room they wanted. We had just taken a trip to utah in our other vehicle and was cramped for space the way down and back. We can't wait to use the highlander for our next vacation. We really appreciate Rob's patience as we had mentioned all of our concerns in a major purchase such as a car. I am driving my new prius for 16 days now. It's a wonderful car, gas saving and BIG room! John Yi gave me a good price and help me to hold the car in dealer for 2 weeks. Because of as a new comer, I need a Washington state address for the car registration, kinda caused me some trouble, but John helped me out. He even saved me at least $80 transportation fee from Seattle airport to Everett. His wife came picked me up and introduced a lot about living Washington. She is a really nice lady. John sometimes concerns too much, but I think that is good for the customers, since he can bring up problems that you havn't think of. Low price, good servie, what can I say...all 5. My wife and I stopped in to Rodland to take a look at Highlanders. We were still comparing different SUV's. Mike Hildebrand greeted us. I appreciated that he put no pressure on us to make a purchase that date. Within a couple of days I called Mike back and told him I was ready to make the purchase. Mike helped make the process very smooth and efficient. It was obvious that Mike knew his products and very concerned about meeting his customer's needs. Mike turned me over Tom Staniford to complete the paperwork. Tom went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and that I knew what options I had. He was also very friendly and worked in an organized and efficient manner. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Rodland. Both purchases have been equally pleasant.
