Went to Rodland to purchase a new car. Absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy anything. After walking around the lot for awhile, I found a RAV4 I wanted to look at and started towards the office to pressure from anyone to buy anything. After walking around the lot for awhile, I found a RAV4 I wanted to look at and started towards the office to look for a sales person. That's when Mr Rick James came out of the office. Mr James is the hardest working salesman I have ever seen. After deciding on a 4 cyl, I wondered about the 6 cyl RAV4 and what the difference was. Mr James actually ran around the lot until he found a 6 cyl that I could test drive, even though I told him it wasn't necessary. I decided on the 4 cyl RAV4 and got a good price. The lady in the finance office, Darci Clark, was equally nice and very comfortable to deal with. A very good and comfortable experience in all. More

This was by far the most positive car-buying experience we've had. We brought our car in for repair and it turned out to be a much more expensive and extensive problem than we'd hoped. Rick took time to listen very specifically to our needs in a vehicle, adhered to our budget limits, and at no time did he press us on the timing of our decisions. Ultimately, we purchased a vehicle from Rodland Toyota the same day our previous vehicle was "diagnosed" with big problems because of Rick Jones' thoughtful and trust-inspiring manner. Previous service issues have been dealt with easily and efficiently by the Rodland staff, and we've always left feeling appreciated as customers. Rick took us out in bother for a test drive and patiently waited while I took at least an hour trying to make up my mind. He never pressured us one way or the other and answered all our questions. The whole buying experience was easy. He got us scheduled for an appointment to come back and have the undercoating done and set us up with a car to used while it was being done.
