Jason was the first person we worked with. He was nice enough, and told us about the basic features of the car and went with us on the test drive. Went to Rodland to purchase a new car. Absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy anything. After walking around the lot for awhile, I found a RAV4 I wanted to look at and started towards the office to pressure from anyone to buy anything. Mr James is the hardest working salesman I have ever seen. After deciding on a 4 cyl, I wondered about the 6 cyl RAV4 and what the difference was. Mr James actually ran around the lot until he found a 6 cyl that I could test drive, even though I told him it wasn't necessary. I decided on the 4 cyl RAV4 and got a good price. The lady in the finance office, Darci Clark, was equally nice and very comfortable to deal with. A very good and comfortable experience in all. More

This was by far the most positive car-buying experience we've had. We brought our car in for repair and it turned out to be a much more expensive and extensive problem than we'd hoped. Ultimately, we purchased a vehicle from Rodland Toyota the same day our previous vehicle was "diagnosed" with big problems because of Rick Jones' thoughtful and trust-inspiring manner. Rick took us out in bother for a test drive and patiently waited while I took at least an hour trying to make up my mind. He never pressured us one way or the other and answered all our questions. The whole buying experience was easy. He got us scheduled for an appointment to come back and have the undercoating done and set us up with a car to used while it was being done. Rick made this a great experience and we'd highly recommend him to others and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. More
