My husband and I spent two weeks searching dealerships in Snohomish, Lynnwood and Everett. We came to Rodland Toyota and were treated with respect from the moment we stepped onto the lot. Over my life I have purchased near 50 used cars dozens of motorcycle both new and used, and 9 new vehicles in the past 21 years. I never have had anything good to say about a dealership or a salesman until n motorcycle both new and used, and 9 new vehicles in the past 21 years. I never have had anything good to say about a dealership or a salesman until now. Rick Jones was professional, curteous and respectful. I took ownership at night on my purchase and didn't notice some scratches on the paint from being on the lot and people walking around it and bumping into it or whatever. I called Rick and we are just starting the process in repairing the scratches. I can only hope the service is as good as the sales staff. I have every expectation so far that it will be. More

I bought a new 2012, 4 cyl, auto, 4WD RAV4 about 4 weeks ago from Rodland Toyota, Everett, WA. The next day, I noticed a strange noise coming from the engine compartment. It sounds like a belt or chain wa ago from Rodland Toyota, Everett, WA. The next day, I noticed a strange noise coming from the engine compartment. It sounds like a belt or chain wasn't aligned right with a gear or pulley. The RAV4 sounds like a golf cart with a loose chain, not a 4 cylinder gas engine. I have owned 2 other new 4 cyl cars from Toyota and never experienced this kind of noise. I called the Service department and explained what I was experiencing. I don't remember what his name was, but he is the person Rodland Toyota is paying to answer the phone when customers call in to the service department. The Service person said not to worry, it was probably nothing, they all sound like that, and I didn't have to bring the RAV4 in to be looked at. He also said I should get on the freeway and drive up to Bellingham and back, to see if it gets worse. That would be 140 miles, round trip, at freeway speeds, on a new RAV4 with under 200 miles. Really ! Is this the quality of warrenty service you get from Rodland Toyota, after you pay for the car and drive it off of the lot ? The Service person had never heard nor looked at the RAV4, and without knowing if there really was an engine problem, tells me to drive 140 miles on the freeway just to see if it gets worse ! I mentioned that the owner manual said not to drive the vehical at constant speeds for long periods of time until you get to 1000 miles, and this person said that the 2+ hours drive would be ok. I did not go to Bellingham, and the noise is still there. Everytime I drive somewhere, I wonder if I am doing further damage to the engine, or if nothing is happening at all. I agree with most of the other posts that says the Sales people were real friendly and easy to work with. But now I am experiencing the other Rodland Toyota, the Service Department. Apparently once you pay for the vehical and drive it off of the dearlership lot, this is the Rodland Toyota you get. Rodland Toyota is great at selling cars, but don't want to support or back up what they sale. This RAV4 currently has just under 400 miles and I am already planning on dumping it and getting a Ford, or anything that is not a Toyota. I want to be able to drive somewhere with out worrying or wondering if/when the car is going to breakdown. Toyota ain't what it used to be, Or is this just Rodland Toyota ! More
I was shopping online for a low price on a 2012 Camry. Roger called within 1 hour of submitting my question to numerous Toyota dealers with a price quote, the only one that did so. I was debating between Roger called within 1 hour of submitting my question to numerous Toyota dealers with a price quote, the only one that did so. I was debating between three different companies(makes) at the time. I visited Rodland Toyota to have a look at the inside of a new Camry. Jason was very knowledgable and answered all our questions concerning the car, even suggesting a solution to my not liking the interior of the Camry LE. The Camry SE, which has solid seat colors. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jason even came in on his day off to help with the final transaction and program my phone into the cars bluetooth system. More
We bought a new Camry Hybrid in 2007 from Rodland. Colin Miller handled our sale and we had a great experience. So, we went back to Rodland when looking for a used SUV. I am very happy with my purchase and my dealer experience. I was looking around for a Tacoma originally and stumbled on a great deal on a 5.7 4wd Tundra at Rodland through their website. I went to experience. I was looking around for a Tacoma originally and stumbled on a great deal on a 5.7 4wd Tundra at Rodland through their website. I went to the dealership and we immediately found the truck that I was looking for. No hassles just business. I received more truck than I had anticipated and for a great price. I would recommend Rodland Toyota to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. More
Very friendly and professional service from John Yi and Darci Clark. John was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that we were interested in. He explained the main differences between the LE and SE mode Darci Clark. John was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that we were interested in. He explained the main differences between the LE and SE models. He didn't try to pressure us in buying a higher model. We negotiated a fair price and trade-in. He was very up-front instructing us (being Senior Citizens) on the various (electronic) controls; especially the Audio Display System, he set up our cell phone for "hands-off control". I can understand why John has been with Rodland for so many years. He is a top-notch Salesman (no pressure selling). Darci was very straightforward in explaining the various available options and how they would be applicable to our driving pattern. She didn't try to pressure us into paying for something that we were not interested in. She thoroughly explained the invoice and all of the other required documentaion that is required. We have bought several vehicles through our life time and I believe that Darci was the most friendly and helpfull in explaining all of the financial documentation. Both Darci and John deserve high KUDOS. More
