I recently purchased a Scion FR-S from Rodland Toyota Scion, and based on that experience, can highly recommend them - specifically Chris Jekey. Being a new model, the FR-S is still somewhat scarce, yet Scion, and based on that experience, can highly recommend them - specifically Chris Jekey. Being a new model, the FR-S is still somewhat scarce, yet they were able to get the version and color I wanted relatively quickly. I am a very picky buyer, and didn't want the car to go out on test drives, or even to be washed before I was able to pick it up, and Chris respected my wishes. When I arrived, the car was inside their garage with a sold sign on it, and still had all of the factory plastic on the interior. Anyone can sell you a car, but customer service is in the details. My husband first contacted Wendy by email, great communication. We were greeted at the dealership by Todd, he was very professional and friendly. We then spoke with Russell, he took us for a test drive, showed us all of the features and had a good follow-up for the next day visit. The next day, we came in and we were professionally greeted by Todd and he handles much of the paperwork. We met with Russell again to discuss the trade-in (condition of current vehicle) and made a good personal connection. We were then referred to Jay to handle the finance options paperwork, he was concise, quick and found the exact payment arrangement that we were looking for. The experience took less than two hours all together and we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of he transaction and the great communication with all Rodland staff throughout the process. We were also in touch with the finance company, Chase (Dave and Trisha), who were very easy to work with and were aware of our current situation. I stopped back by the following day after the car purchase was made to provide proof of residence and deliver some treats to the salesman, Russell. Initially, we were expecting a very long stressful process and were so excited when the stars aligned and everything turned out perfect. Outstanding customer service on all ends, great communication, very satisfied and feel good about referring my family and friends to Rodland. During a stressful situation with needing a dependable vehicle, needing it quickly and a quick turnaround with happy end, I just couldn't describe how wonderful this experience was. On a personal note, I have a young baby and need a safe, reliable vehicle. This is the perfect vehicle for out family! Thank you so much to everyone at Rodland. Many blessings, Sarai More

There was a small miscommunication about a small detail; I was under the impression that my vehicle came with floor mats, but it turned out it didn't. However, Rick was able to find a set for my vehicle for no additional charge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Rodland Toyota. More

She introduced me to Antonio Vasquez who then took my wife and I on not just one but three test drives. Antonio answered all of our questions and after the sales negotiations were complete, he even set up my blue tooth feature on the stereo system. Darci Clark ran us through the F&I portion, thoroughly explaining all of the options to us. She was very pleasant and not at all pushy. I have nothing but accolades for your dealership and the way we were treated and will happily recommend you to anyone who wants a positive sales experience. More
Bob Gardner (especially) and his service team help diagnose a problem I had with my 2001 Toyota Sienna van I just bought a week ago from another dealership. I had smoke coming out the back tailpipe and didn't know if it was engine problems of a head gasket issue. They did a complete diagnostic check, took off the valve cover, took pictures of the sludged engine and did a report for me for just over $100....great value for their efforts. I see why BBB gave Rodland Toyota the highest rating they can for customer satisfaction for both New and used car catagory!!!! That is the reason why I choose them over the other 3 Toyota dealers that were a little closer to the office I work at than Rodland. I have 2 growing teenage boys (over 6'-1" tall) and hard for us to fit in our medium sized cars together... so that why I like the Sienna van so much for all its room and great ride. We've rented a Sienna van from them in the past to take vacations together and enjoyed doing business with them in the past. From my experience with Rodaland Toyota is.... they are very customer orientated and work with you til you are a satisfied customer.....a very apprecited customer....David C...... Mill Creek More

My friends then reccomended Rodland Toyota. It was the best reccomendation ever. I worked with John Yi and he was the best salesman I have come across. He was very nice, patient and very informative. He was willing to work with me without being pushy and he gave me the best deal, which happened to be in my price range. I highly reccomend Rodland Toyota and John Yi as a salesman. I am extremely happy with my Tacoma and could not have asked for a car buying better experience! Thank you John!! More
