I took in my LS400 for a timing chain waterpump and tuneup service and I supplied all the parts from Lexus of Bellevue when I got the car back the air conditioning didn't work and there were several ot tuneup service and I supplied all the parts from Lexus of Bellevue when I got the car back the air conditioning didn't work and there were several other minor problems . I was told that these problems were probably there the whole time even though the only other place that had service the car was Lexus of Bellevue prior for oil changes and other things and the card had a clean bill of health since I purchased it at Lexus of Bellevue and there had not been any issues with the air conditioning or any other electrical. The follow up behind it was that after constantly calling and trying to work something out with them to fix the problems with the car that they cause they basically denied it over and over until I got to a point where he was taking me more time and money just to deal with them then it was to have it fixed that another dealer. Denying that they had even done any wrongdoing even though they were the only ones at worked on the car became something of a conversation every time that I've called them and now I understand that they do not know how to work on some of the cars that they claim that they do and that they are definitely not the people that I would ever recommend.. In addition I was treated very poorly and very rudely when I had complaints about something that had been misdiagnosed or missed done or errors that they had made when they were fixing my vehicle and towards the end of our communication not only that I feel as if they did not care but they weren't even going to take responsibility for the mistakes if they made repairing my car... This was the best dealer experience I've ever had in my 30 years of buying cars. I wish everyone could have such a good experience. I'd gone to Rodland because cars.com said there was a Prius there that matched what I was looking for: no more than 2 years old Prius with low mileage w/the III package plus an MP3 player and blue tooth. Harry was very enthusiastic in showing it to us (me plus a trusted friend I brought with me). I test drove it and he really knows his product. When we came back to the dealership, he left my friend and I alone to talk about it. Cars.com had screwed up and listed the car as having the III package but it had the II. So I was ready to call it a day when we asked Harry what other Priuses were on the lot. He showed us about 4 and we looked at them at our own pace. I found a 2012 that only had 15K miles on it and Harry told us it was the dealership car (people bringing their cars in for maintenance would drive it) so it was practically a new car. This was the deal I'd been looking for. Harry gave us even more information about this model - all the ins and outs about the car. After a small negotiation with their finance officer, I drove the car home. I love it. It's my first Prius and I just love the car. The gas mileage is amazing and it's a great car - even has some good cargo room when the back seats are put down. I would enthusiastically recommend Harry Chen to anyone considering buying a car. Jeremy took great care of me when I went in to puchase my Infiniti G35x. The car was priced well (internet price) and he worked with me to get my payment to be where I needed it. He dropped $600 off the price of the car and adjusted the interest rate to do this. The best service happened though after I had already purchased the car and drove it home. The very next day, the car wouldn't start and I had to take the bus to work. I called Jeremy, and he arranged to have my car towed, the car keys picked up from my work and the car worked on at the closest Nissan delearship. Long story short, I got a brand new car battery, paid for by Rodland Toyota, and was able to drive my car home right after work that very same night. Thanks Jeremy for your outstanding customer service after my purchase. I highly recommend you. More
I have peers at work who own Toyota products, two of which are RAV4's. As I was looking for a car to replace my gas guzzling truck I took their advice after driving one of their vehicles, and went to R which are RAV4's. Rodland was picked because of their praise for Mike Hilderbrand and their experience working with him. after an e-mail and a call from Mike we set a time for me to meet him and look over the car I had mentioned to him. Upon arrival he had the car ready and after some discussion and a quick review of what I wanted he steered me to the car I bought. He also showed me the service department and although I have a dealership closer to me I will go to Rodland as they looked to be very efficient. Mike also went over all the features of the vehicle which saved me a lot of reading, as there are many nuances to this vehicle. Overall it did not seem like a "car dealership" that I remember from the past, but something simply stated as pleasurable. Tom walked me through all the options and why I might want to purchase them. I did purchase the extra service option as it appealed to me. Again it was a pleasant experience with no pressure placed upon me. Good job. More

I recently purchased a Scion FR-S from Rodland Toyota Scion, and based on that experience, can highly recommend them - specifically Chris Jekey. Being a new model, the FR-S is still somewhat scarce, yet Scion, and based on that experience, can highly recommend them - specifically Chris Jekey. Being a new model, the FR-S is still somewhat scarce, yet they were able to get the version and color I wanted relatively quickly. I am a very picky buyer, and didn't want the car to go out on test drives, or even to be washed before I was able to pick it up, and Chris respected my wishes. When I arrived, the car was inside their garage with a sold sign on it, and still had all of the factory plastic on the interior. Anyone can sell you a car, but customer service is in the details. My husband first contacted Wendy by email, great communication. We were greeted at the dealership by Todd, he was very professional and friendly. The next day, we came in and we were professionally greeted by Todd and he handles much of the paperwork. We met with Russell again to discuss the trade-in (condition of current vehicle) and made a good personal connection. We were then referred to Jay to handle the finance options paperwork, he was concise, quick and found the exact payment arrangement that we were looking for. The experience took less than two hours all together and we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of he transaction and the great communication with all Rodland staff throughout the process. We were also in touch with the finance company, Chase (Dave and Trisha), who were very easy to work with and were aware of our current situation. I stopped back by the following day after the car purchase was made to provide proof of residence and deliver some treats to the salesman, Russell. Initially, we were expecting a very long stressful process and were so excited when the stars aligned and everything turned out perfect. Outstanding customer service on all ends, great communication, very satisfied and feel good about referring my family and friends to Rodland. During a stressful situation with needing a dependable vehicle, needing it quickly and a quick turnaround with happy end, I just couldn't describe how wonderful this experience was. There was a small miscommunication about a small detail; I was under the impression that my vehicle came with floor mats, but it turned out it didn't. However, Rick was able to find a set for my vehicle for no additional charge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Rodland Toyota. More
