So, after looking for a while for the right vehicle I discovered that a Toyota Camry would be the one for me and my family. I honestly ended up at Rodland unintentionally, as it was the Toyota dealer in discovered that a Toyota Camry would be the one for me and my family. I honestly ended up at Rodland unintentionally, as it was the Toyota dealer in the area that I was in at the time. Talk about a blessing! These guys were great! Like some of the other reviewers on here, I was a customer that already knew what my budget was. Jason Lyon helped me reach my goal. He was excellent and did not pressure me at all to buy something that I didn't want. In fact, he worked with me to get me a car that would suit my needs and keep me within my budget. That being said, they happened to have one car left on the lot with the features and price that I wanted, and it was even the right color. So, as you see, it was meant to be. I also worked with Carmac, and he was a delight. He took me on a test drive prior to purchase, and then later even bought me dinner while I was going through the purchase process! If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is!!! All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a smooth purchase without the pressure that you typically find at a car dealership. These guys take pride in their work, and it shows. More

I never felt like I was being pressured into buying anything. Tom Staniford educated me very much about all the additional offerings Rodland offers and I took his recommendations regarding the clear coat package as well as the extended warranty. Mike Hilderbrand assisted me through the Tundra education portion from cradle to grave and because of him, I feel I truly made the right decision with the 2013 CrewMax Platinum and Accessories. I recently purchased a new 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4X4. I worked with two different salesmen during this purchase, Doug Lafave and Rick Jones. Both of these guys were very friendly and low pressure. I stopped by the dealership just planning to look, but the great service convinced me to buy. Doug greeted me soon after arriving. He was more than willing to just answer my question and go on a test ride with me. He was very low pressure and didn’t make me feel like I ‘had’ to buy, but while talking to Doug I wanted to buy. This was on a Sunday, so I returned the following day and worked with Rick. Rick was also very friendly and low pressure. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past few years and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had. We were able to work together to settle on a price I was willing to pay very quickly and the deal was done within a few hours. Once again, thank you Doug and Rick and the whole Rodland Toyota team. This is our second time purchasing at Rodland Toyota and we are very impressed with their sales staff. We first came to Rodland after a nasty experience with Magic Toyota where the salesman actually berated we are very impressed with their sales staff. We first came to Rodland after a nasty experience with Magic Toyota where the salesman actually berated my husband after finding out we were talking to someone at Rodland. We told the Magic folks exactly what we wanted to pay and they launched into the stereotypical "manager" game of trickery which drove us to look elsewhere. At Rodland they gave us the pricing we asked for with no games. In our experience they do not engage in the typical pressure tactics you see at other dealerships. We made a point to return to Rodland for our next auto purchase. Antonio was very patient with us, taking us on as many test drives as we wanted. He answered all of our questions and made sure we left with additional literature to help us decide. Jim O'Neal helped us understand our financing options and made sure we were aware of the current sales that applied to our situation. Thanks to his information we were able to save about $100 per month on our lease. Kim was very helpful in getting us through the paperwork process with minimal time and frustration. Overall the team at Rodland took care of us and did everything they could to make our purchase a good experience. We will absolutely be returning to them for future vehicles! More
