So, after looking for a while for the right vehicle I discovered that a Toyota Camry would be the one for me and my family. I honestly ended up at Rodland unintentionally, as it was the Toyota dealer in discovered that a Toyota Camry would be the one for me and my family. I honestly ended up at Rodland unintentionally, as it was the Toyota dealer in the area that I was in at the time. Talk about a blessing! These guys were great! Like some of the other reviewers on here, I was a customer that already knew what my budget was. Jason Lyon helped me reach my goal. He was excellent and did not pressure me at all to buy something that I didn't want. In fact, he worked with me to get me a car that would suit my needs and keep me within my budget. That being said, they happened to have one car left on the lot with the features and price that I wanted, and it was even the right color. So, as you see, it was meant to be. I also worked with Carmac, and he was a delight. He took me on a test drive prior to purchase, and then later even bought me dinner while I was going through the purchase process! If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is!!! All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a smooth purchase without the pressure that you typically find at a car dealership. These guys take pride in their work, and it shows. More
This is our second time purchasing at Rodland Toyota and we are very impressed with their sales staff. We first came to Rodland after a nasty experience with Magic Toyota where the salesman actually berated we are very impressed with their sales staff. We told the Magic folks exactly what we wanted to pay and they launched into the stereotypical "manager" game of trickery which drove us to look elsewhere. At Rodland they gave us the pricing we asked for with no games. In our experience they do not engage in the typical pressure tactics you see at other dealerships. We made a point to return to Rodland for our next auto purchase. Antonio was very patient with us, taking us on as many test drives as we wanted. He answered all of our questions and made sure we left with additional literature to help us decide. Jim O'Neal helped us understand our financing options and made sure we were aware of the current sales that applied to our situation. Thanks to his information we were able to save about $100 per month on our lease. Kim was very helpful in getting us through the paperwork process with minimal time and frustration. Overall the team at Rodland took care of us and did everything they could to make our purchase a good experience. We will absolutely be returning to them for future vehicles! More

A dealership north of Everett would not budge on pricing of cars, so we found a vehicle in Montana that was $4000 cheaper and started working with them. Rob was great to work with at Rodland and was able to provide a price that we were happy with and could accept with NO hassling or price wars. Rodland was able to find the color and model that we were interested in and had it delivered to the dealership the next day. We left the dealership feeling really good about our purchase and days later still feel very happy about the purchase. Rob Olsen was great to work with and made the purchase very easy and painless. I talked with five area dealers and Wendy at Rodland was by far the quickest to respond and gave me the direct answers I wanted. It was so refreshing to be able to cut to the chase and get answers to what I needed to know. Once I got to the dealership, Doug was my actual salesperson. Low key, low pressure, totally easy going - and great to work with. I had originally planned to go to another dealer and talk numbers, but after we left Rodland and talked about it, we decided we couldn't get a better deal. So, we canceled our other appointment and went back to Rodland. I have never had such a pleasant, painless experience purchasing a car and could not be happier. Highly recommend. More

Ronald Toyta is one of the best dealership that I had ever seen in my experience of buying personal vehicles.
