We drove to about 30 miles to this dealership based on the Dealer Rater review. We test drove a Toyota Prius and were out of the dealership in about an hour. After driving we decided on the Prius, so signed up for several negotiation programs (like Costco, Consumer Reports,etc.). The dealership was able to put us back in contact with Colin,and we were able to close, finance, etc. in just 2-3 hours with no painful negotiations. Colin is very knowledgable and was able to answer all out questions. We never felt "trapped" like you do at some dealerships. We're very happy with our car and the manner in which it was sold to us, so would definitely go back again. More
