I have bought cars from Harry before and know that there will be no pressure when checking out a car. I saw a Sport Trac and wanted to check it out. The car drives great, wife loves it too. My wife looked at a new Rav4 and a Camry, Harry was very helpfull. We ended up trading in 2 cars for a new Camry. They made the paper work as easy as possible. If we decide to change cars again, Harry will be the first we call. More

We took a few minutes to look and the new Toyotas and made the decision to purchase a 2013 Highlander. Colin, as always, was extremely well informed and helpful. We met with the General Sales Manager, Jeff Larson. He was not only very friendly, he negotiated what we concidered to be a fair trade in on our '06 Toy. Mark Brown in Finance explained all of the paper work and other available products. We have had a Toyota in our garage for over three decades two of which we bought at Rodland. I was very happy with my experience shopping here. One of the things that impressed me most was the no pressure approach (we walked off of other lots because of that). We had the pleasure of working with two consultants, both of whom were very knowledgeable and able to help us narrow our search to exactly what we wanted. I was also quite pleased that once we made the decision to buy, the consultant helping us made sure we knew about key features we might have missed and informed us of the benefits of purchasing a certified vehicle even after it was no longer needed as a selling point. I must say that I get happier with my purchase every time I drive it! More

I saw the car I wanted on their website and left my contact information. Shortly after, Doug called me and I told him how much I wanted the Corolla for and he gave me a price that was lower. I told him to start setting up the paperwork that very afternoon because I was ready to pickup my new car. During the paperwork process, he shown me the Corolla and explained all the features and we looked the car over to make sure everything is supposed to be where it's at. I met Jay later to finish up all the paper signing. Both of them were very professional and friendly. They did not waste my time or start any frivolous small talk. More
