Excellent customer service. Doug was very approachable and non-intimidating even during negotiations. We loved the car so settled on a price about $1000 above KBB. I did not have my checkbook with me that day so had to return the next day. I noticed that they had reduced the pricing on the car online by about $3000 overnight! Doug said someone made a mistake and but honored the lower price nonetheless so we ended up getting a great deal! More

The staff was very friendly and willing to help me with what I had asked. I had been to three dealerships prior to arriving here so I knew the drill with the sales folks and I'd done my research, so I had what I had asked. It was just a matter of seat testing and price. Doug was very helpful and patient, answering all my questions without being condescending or abrupt. I felt at ease, even during our price negotiations and I think I got a fairly good deal, however not excellent. According to Consumer Reports, I could have gotten another $1000.00 off the sale price. I am very very happy with the car and have absolutely no regrets about buying it. More

The sales person, Mike Massey, was very open and friendly and easy to talk with, and I felt that he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Darci in Finance was also very friendly, and very knowledge and easy to talk with, and I felt that he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I only have had the very low mileage 2010 used car I bought for one week so I don't have enough information to comment about after the sale service, but I expect a 100 year old family A+ rated dealership will stand behind their sale. Mike also called me after the sale to let me know again that he will be happy to help me with any questions or concerns.
