What a wonderful experience! I needed to get a larger vehicle although I loved my Rav 4. Family situations resulted in me needing to get a mini van...now...before my existing lease matured. I was impressed by her professionalism in her process of referring me to Doug Lafave, so that we didn't have to change the time. Doug proved to be every bit as professional and friendly as Cindy was. He was so attentive to what I needed and when I made a last minute change, he was still able to accommodate me.
