We had a great buying experience working with Cindy at Rodland Toyota. She followed through on her promise to have the vehicle ready when we arrived, in fact she had in located in a covered enclosed gara Rodland Toyota. We purchased a used Jeep grand cherokee and It was just as nice as she said it was. She also followed through on her after sale promise, which is rare with many sales persons these days. We bought 2 cars from Rodland, a Corolla and Camry. I have hesitated to walk on to a carlot to purchase a new vehicle, have had bad experiences in the past, but my experience with Rodland Toyota and in particular, with Doug Lafave, was exceptional. I was able to purchase a brand new Toyota Sienna that comfortably fits my growing family of 6 with one on the way. Had a great buying experience. Made my initial contact with Cindy, Internet Department Director, she was friendly, up front, down to earth, very easy to work with on my buy. Most importantly she kept in c with Cindy, Internet Department Director, she was friendly, up front, down to earth, very easy to work with on my buy. Most importantly she kept in contact with me via text through out the day while some financing numbers were being worked out. Tom the Finance Director was great, too. He was not pushy with extended contracts and laid it all out for me to make a sound independent decision. It was such an easy going experience, everyone was friendly, laid back and not push at all. They really did work to earn my business and I appreciate the efforts of all of them to include Todd, the Used Car Sales Manager. More

My wife and I saw your ad for used cars in Everett herald,came in one Sunday to look at a SUV for her. We were met by "Bubba" who immediately put us at ease. We test drove the Honda Element and with the excellent help from sales managers Todd and John we agreed on a price and my Corvette was included in trade even though it was still at home in the garage, ( had some pictures on my phone). This was my second vehicle purchased from Rodland. Years ago I purchased a Ford Bronco. I can truth fully say that your dealer ship is like fine wine, gets better with age. I believe that I was mislead that I would be getting a good deal since I was using the USAA car buying service. I was told " since you are using usaa then the profit is pretty much out, so lets get the be good deal since I was using the USAA car buying service. I was told " since you are using usaa then the profit is pretty much out, so lets get the best deal for you". That created a misleading sense of trust, but hey he was a salesman. Also, I was told that I probably missed some thing when I entered in the trade in car's value in kbb and in usaa car buying service. They purposely dragged on the purchase to the point that I was tired and my family was getting impatient that I did not challenge them when I had a suspicion that they were trying to swindle me out of a good deal. They were just trying to get back that profit from a military service member that was using usaa. More

This was my first car buying experience Mr. Lafave made it a very pleasant experience. He treated me more like more of a friend than a customer. I let him know what i wanted and he got it for me.
