Once again, Doug Lafave exceeded my expectations. I returned to him because of the stellar experience I had when getting a Sienna. I felt so comfortable and VALUED from my last experience with Doug, that I knew I could count on him yet again when I came back to get a Rav4 instead. Rodland Toyota is a really good dealership. I just purchased my third new car from them and am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Rav4. Both my 94 Celica and my 04 Camry have been serviced only by Rodland, so I know their service department. I trust what they tell me and I've never been disappointed with them. Both salesmen I've dealt with listened to me and sold me the right cars for me, attested to by the fact that I've kept them for 9 or 10 years each. When we decided it was time for a new car, I called Mike Hildebrand to ask him to show me a Rav4 and Highlander. That was on a Friday morning. By 4 pm I had purchased my 2014 Rav4. I have some concerns about all the new electronics and accessories that are coming, but Mike said I can come back as often as needed for a refresher course. More
I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have always had the most professional service there. The staff are knowledge about the products, through in reviewing any information or options with have always had the most professional service there. The staff are knowledge about the products, through in reviewing any information or options with you and truly making sure you are purchasing a vehicle you will be happy with. The finance department is also exceptional and timely in presentation of options. My last signing took less than an hour- which is pretty much unheard of when going to buy a car. I can not recommend this dealership highly enough. More

This was my first time buying a car, new or used. I was just stopping at any dealership I could find, really just trying to check out the inventory. Rodland Toyota was my second stop. I felt immediately cared for when I entered the dealership. Mike Massey was straightforward, knowledgeable and honest right from the beginning. He took my interests and needs into consideration and knew exactly what car I should look at. Everything he said he backed up with reviews and Consumer Reports. I sincerely felt like he was trying to find me the car that would serve me best, rather than trying to sell me the car he wanted to sell. Once the sale was being processed, Mike did a great job showing me around the facility, and making me feel like I would be very well taken care of if I had any needs for my car. I look forward to continuing to work with Mike, and I will be going back to Rodland Toyota when I feel I am ready for a new car. More

I originally purchased a Scion xB from John Yi back in 2010 and loved it. John called and checked up on me often enough that I know his voice on the phone no matter what number he calls from.
