Went into Rodland Toyota to take advantage of the 0% APR financing deal so we traded in our 2011 Venza (also purchased from Rodland) and bought a 2014 Venza. Taylor Garneau was the sales person who assisted financing deal so we traded in our 2011 Venza (also purchased from Rodland) and bought a 2014 Venza. Taylor Garneau was the sales person who assisted us in finding the vehicle and got us a great deal on our trade in plus the price on the new Venza. Taylor was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. This is a young adult who is mature beyond his years. We were tough in negotiating with Taylor and his demeanor was calm throughout the entire process. He even called us on his day off to inform us the vehicle was ready for pick up and he met us at the dealership also on his day off to perform a walk through with us of the vehicle. I would highly recommend seeing Taylor when you stop by Rodland to buy your next vehicle. More

My intention the first time I stepped in that car dealer place was just to look around and check out what they have for me. I had no intention of buying that time. Service shop has been excellent since my first use of the shop in 1996. This time, my experience is that of new car purchaser with Baron Li. He is fairly new to the dealership. I was working through Internet and COSTCO Autosave. Baron was very helpful from the initial point-of-contact with good information about the model I wanted and the vehicles on the lot to be considered. I had visited other Toyota dealers in the Everett-Seattle area before going to Rodland, so, I knew the model I wanted before I arrived at Rodland. The only reason Rodland wasn't my first stop was a matter of scheduling. Mr.Li was very customer service minded throughout the sales phase, and in orienting me after the purchase to the electronics of my new car. Tom Staniford in finance was thorough, meticulously so, and clearly explained a variety of services and products to consider before drawing up the sales contract. My thanks to Mr. Li and Mr. Staniford for making easy what can be a challenging exercise for the occasional car buyer! More

I understand now that Scion is separate from Toyota. I have to say up until I went to sign the financial documents, I was under the impression that the 2013 Scion TC, on the certifed lot, would have the s have to say up until I went to sign the financial documents, I was under the impression that the 2013 Scion TC, on the certifed lot, would have the same 1.9% financing as the other cars on the lot. It was not until the papers were signed that I saw it was 3.9%. Yes, I still bought the car because I fell in love, but I was basing my monthly payment on a 1.9% finance. I strongly suggest you make it clear up front that the financing is different, and Toyota incentives do not apply. More
