Tambre, who picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership, was an "exceptional" driver and and made sure we arrived safely. The financing was handled by Tom, with no high pressure sales tactics for additional services or add-ons. I have to say that overall, this has probably been the most pleasant car buying experience for me ever. More

When I went to the dealership, Baron Li, assisted us. He suggested we wait a few days more, because their Presidents' Day promo was coming up. I am glad he did, because I saved a lot of money with the $1000 down payment match. Baron also worked within my financial and credit limitations. He also answered my emails in a very timely manner. When it was time to bring home the car, he was patient in explaining how to operate the bluetooth, rearview camera, radio, etc. This is my second car from Rodland Toyota. I don't think I will go anywhere else to buy/lease a car. More
I am very pleased with my purchase experience. I did my homework regarding the car I was interested in prior to inquiring further, and when I was ready, I began with clicking on the internet chat box, whic homework regarding the car I was interested in prior to inquiring further, and when I was ready, I began with clicking on the internet chat box, which featured Doug LaFave. He was very direct and helpful, and answered all of my questions with complete courtesy and absolutely no pressure. I went to the dealership and Doug very patiently showed me different versions of the car I was interested in. Over the course of a few days, I met with Doug twice and test drove and finally decided on a particular car. Doug worked with me to obtain the best possible deal, and even mentioned that Toyota was offering a price match up to $1000 on the down-payment, which would be effective in the next few days. So he helped me to save $1000 above what I was expecting. That is stellar customer commitment! He worked with me through every step of the process, and when I took delivery of the car, he helped me interface my phone and set up the various electronic options. I also worked with Darci Clark for the financing details, and she was very organized and didn't try to befuddle me with all the extras. She simply stated what they are and why they are recommended. I VERY much appreciate that, at no time during this process, did I feel pressured. I highly recommend Rodland Toyota as a dealership, and Doug LaFave as a salesperson. He did a great job, and truly cares about the customer. I am particularly impressed that Rodland Toyota honors the Edmunds True Market Value assessment, and I am equally glad that they participate in Costco's auto purchase program. Doug LaFave ultimately helped me make the best possible deal with the car that I purchased. Thank you Doug! More

Very quick and efficent service. Mike did not waste my time found what I needed at a fair price, and put the deal together with a minimum of hassel. While researching the FJ Cruiser, I ran into conflict with options available. Toyota offers everything under the sun, reality is a bit less so. After contacting Colin at Rodland He set me straight.
