We had limited time to go through the user manual, but John Yi both reviewed the right things in the right time frame, and made it clear that we could stop back to review at any time. I stopped by the dealership to check out a new Prius in person after having done a lot of work beforehand online. I left with a beautiful new car and an awesome experience. Marcus Krachunis was my salesm person after having done a lot of work beforehand online. I left with a beautiful new car and an awesome experience. Marcus Krachunis was my salesmen. Spending time with him was totally awesome. He has the rare balance of professionalism and friendliness. He was the reason I left with a new car on the day of my visit and it had nothing to do with pressure. It had everything to do with listening to me and identifying what was important to me about buying a new car. Working with Marcus was like bringing a really fun and smart big brother with you. Not for a minute did Marcus or any of the Rodland team pressure me. (we also spent a lot of time laughing) This whole experience will keep me returning to Rodland and sending my friends. I will be definitely sending them to see Marcus especially because I know he will really listen to them and their experience will be like mine, wonderful! More

I'm extremely pleased with my recent purchase of a used Toyota Tundra from Rodland Toyota. Having initially found this clean, low-mileage and fairly priced vehicle advertised online, I visited the de used Toyota Tundra from Rodland Toyota. Having initially found this clean, low-mileage and fairly priced vehicle advertised online, I visited the dealership the night before a planned trip to simply take a look. Upon arriving another customer was in process of negotiating to purchase the vehicle but Rob Olsen allowed me to look at it and offered to call me if that deal didn't go through. About two hours later Rob called and after brief negotiation we reached verbal agreement on terms of sale, allowing me to place a deposit. Upon returning from my brief trip we met again and quickly completed the prepared paperwork. Such a smooth transaction! I highly recommend Rob Olsen, who was very professional and helpful, and will definitely consider Rodland Toyota for future vehicle purchases. More

I brought my 2008 Tundra 59,000 miles in for a check engine light. Code reader said "transmission shift solenoid faulty or stuck". After $324.51 of labor and transmission service, the trouble remains. R engine light. Code reader said "transmission shift solenoid faulty or stuck". After $324.51 of labor and transmission service, the trouble remains. Rodland service told me it was a missing nut on the linkage that was responsible...???? I remain without the use of my truck and out the money to repair it. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 30 years and will be trading this truck for another brand. I will not step foot on Rodland's lot for any reason. These guys are the epitome of incompetent, I just wish I had come here and read the reviews before I wasted my hard earned money. More
