I guess I’m a little picky in keeping a car clean. This is the second time they left greasy hand prints on the hood. Other than that service and personal contact was great. Vehicle went in for 2nd tire rotation on tires purchased from Rocky Mount Dodge. For the second time in a row, Rocky Mount Dodge was unable to balance the tires. I ended up having to go to their competitor from Rocky Mount Dodge. For the second time in a row, Rocky Mount Dodge was unable to balance the tires. I ended up having to go to their competitor for repair. I will not be returning to Rocky Mount Dodge for service in the future and I suggest anyone reading this do the same. If they can't do a simple tire rotation and balance the tires I'd be terrified to give them anything...challenging. Thanks. More
