I love this dealership and it's service department, they always take care of my new 2020 Dodge charger as if it's their own. I went 3/23/21 for my second oil and filter change. For the 1st time I WAS NOT SATISFIED with the amount I paid for an oil change/filter even though I had a coupon. And to make matters worst they rotated my tires without my permission. I had just ( the wee paid for an oil change/filter even though I had a coupon. And to make matters worst they rotated my tires without my permission. I had just ( the week ) prior had my tires rotated/balanced and front end alignment. I was promised that my tires were switched back after I complained. ( Not sure if they really were. ) I would officially like to see in writing the actual cost of having an oil change with the oil designated on the coupon. Not hand written but on a chart. Can't write anything more for the service dept. except that no service manager is never at the Dealer Ship for any length of time. Even the attendants at the window in Service Department.
