Vehicle went in for 2nd tire rotation on tires purchased from Rocky Mount Dodge. For the second time in a row, Rocky Mount Dodge was unable to balance the tires. I ended up having to go to their competitor from Rocky Mount Dodge. For the second time in a row, Rocky Mount Dodge was unable to balance the tires. I ended up having to go to their competitor for repair. I will not be returning to Rocky Mount Dodge for service in the future and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.
