My last visit to Rockwall Ford was memorable, but not for any good reasons. I was very disappointed with the service department experience. I was a long time customer that saw the gradual decline of the service department. So, it was with great trepidation that I decided to darken their door again after a three year hiatus. The a/c in my 2020 Expedition was not blowing cold. I considered this to be a serious enough issue to have a dealer take a look at it, so we went to Rockwall Ford and met Oscar. Oscar is great with customers and did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress and it was actually finished and ready a full day before he had told me initially. I've got Oscar's number in my contacts and will definitely call him again the next time we have a serious problem. Hopefully Oscar and I don't end up talking much. He, and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle did a great job, ahead of schedule! More
