Salesman had no clue about the vehicle I was purchasing. He did not reply to my messages in a timely manner. Too many problems for a pre-owned certification vehicle! A four year old f150 with only 50,000 mls. Every year I've had to make $1,000 -$1,500 in repairs! And, this year (70,000 mls), $3,500 on top of my A four year old f150 with only 50,000 mls. Every year I've had to make $1,000 -$1,500 in repairs! And, this year (70,000 mls), $3,500 on top of my already expensive monthly payments! The pre-certification is not at all honest nor trust worthy; false, very misleading! They sold the truck to me with a leaking windshield and oil! Everytime they've ignored my concerns and ultimately did nothing in regards to the warranty. The vehicle is a 2013, second owned, 4x4 with way less than 100,000 mls. on it. Nothing but one big headache and a xxx rip-off! Rockwall Ford Dealership is not reliable and has greatly altered my life style and life savings ever since I bought the truck. In the future, I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership. More
