I have never had an issue with this dealership's service department. Brian, my service rep met me at my vehicle and we went through the items I wanted completed. He was friendly, he listened well, we foun department. Brian, my service rep met me at my vehicle and we went through the items I wanted completed. He was friendly, he listened well, we found my advertised discounts and we completed the check in timely. He kept me posted during the service process which I appreciated. When the vehicle was done he contacted me immediately. Then when I returned he had my vehicle in the service drive through before I paid so I just had to go out and get in a leave. Nice. The only thing that they didn't do was to wash the vehicle but I understand that they don't do that any longer. More
