I had a recall on my vehicle which I brought in for them to repair & while they were making sure everything was up to par, they discovered that I had a puncture in one of my tires. (I actually knew that so to repair & while they were making sure everything was up to par, they discovered that I had a puncture in one of my tires. (I actually knew that something was wrong with my tire & had an appointment scheduled with Discount Tire for that very afternoon.) Anyways, not only did my recall get taken care of, my tire was also repaired free of charge. WooHoo!!! More

Took my 2013 Fusion in for Warranty work. Kris was my Service Manager and took awesome care of me. On top of that he is a volunteer fire fighter in union valley. Great guy.
