Took them a week to tell me that part. The GM Mitch Hammack was to busy to even return a call. A real class act. When I called Rockwall Ford because I was beyond upset with the other dealership. Rockwall Ford exceeded my expectations. I called Rockwall Ford before I brought the car to them and they were very nice and professional on the phone. The staff was nice to us from the minute we walked in the door. (Keep in mind we drove 75 miles to bring them my wife's car.) Juan Avalos was professional and friendly from the minute I arrived. Juan even offered us a courtesy ride home if we needed it. He exceeded my expectations and kept me informed daily. Juan and all the team are top notch!!! I cannot express how good they were. More
