Took my car in for service. Was told I needed brakes. They kept my car 3 days. I call to confirm work was done but when I picked my van up I found out it wasn't. Until recently the service department at Rockwall Ford has been very helpful, I used them for over 10 years. Recently I have encountered many problems with the service department. Which I have commented on before, the last cost me over $400 in rental fee that I thought was cover by the extended warranty. I have a four-wheel drive just bought and having issues with. I took it in to service, they are not sure what the problem was unit they checked it out. I was called and told there was nothing wrong, I when to pick up the truck and turn in the rental, I was advised that they were able to fill the same issue that I brought the truck in for. A few days later they told me it was fixed. I picked up the truck and before I got home it was still acting up. I call and discuss the issue with the service manager. So, I took it back to Rockwall service and it took three test drives. and the last person notice that the rear end lock light was on. and turned it off, fix the issue and cost me over $400. Rockwall Ford Service kept the truck for over 4 days and did not discover the issue. I will not be returning to this service department; they were my go too. More
