I LOVE my new Ford Mustang Mach E! ! Only had it a week but so far so great! The only reason I give my experience 3 Stars is due to the fact that I felt the buying experience could have ! The only reason I give my experience 3 Stars is due to the fact that I felt the buying experience could have been much less stressful if our salesperson would have actually researched the answers to my questions, instead of guessing and saying it as though it’s true. Several questions I asked, ie: rebate amt., AWD, wheels, etc. where, I researched after, confronted him & he apologized for answering without actually knowing, but kept doing it!!! Even the wheels, he told me the black plastic could just be removed easily and would look like the other cars tires. Once I got home with it, we realized, they definitely weren’t meant to be removed and definitely didn’t look like the other car he pointed out. All in all, I would go back to this location but would NOT utilize the same salesperson. More
