My husband has purchased several vehicles at this dealership and this was my first time looking for a new car with him. There were so many cars in the make and model that I was looking for to choose dealership and this was my first time looking for a new car with him. There were so many cars in the make and model that I was looking for to choose from which was really nice. We were greeted by salesman Daryn Sharp when we first arrived. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He had no problem getting keys to different cars so I could look inside and test drive them, and it didn't take me long to find one that I wanted. When we went inside to discuss the details, my husband mentioned that he was interested in a vehicle as well. So while they were working on the numbers for my car, he went with Daryn for a test drive. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing two new vehicles from Daryn. I've heard horror stories about haggling and deceptive practices when you're buying a car, but it wasn't like that for us. We talked about where we wanted to be payment wise, what we wanted for a trade-in, and that was it. They worked with us to get what we wanted. Then it was time to go to the finance manager to go over everything and sign paperwork. There were no instances of him trying to add anything on without us realizing it. (apparently that happened once to my husband at another dealership a long time ago) An extended warranty was offered and accepted by us without feeling pressured. It was presented with none of the expected icky salesman tactics which was appreciated and refreshing. We visited the beverage bar while we were there, and it was very nice and clean. There a variety of hot beverages to choose from along with water and ice. And the ice is the really good kind that is soft when you chew it, which is my favorite! The ladies restroom was clean and very nice. The showroom floor was immaculate and had some really interesting cars to look at while we waited. All in all, this was a really wonderful experience. I really enjoyed getting to know Daryn, his manager, and the finance manager. If you're in the market for a Ford, please don't hesitate to see Daryn Sharp. He makes you feel like a friend instead of a target like so many car salespeople do. I would feel comfortable buying a car from him by myself, or sending one of my adult kids to him alone. I got a valid offer for my truck, then gave them my specific requirements, a short time later they emailed me about the truck. It was perfect!
