WHAT A SUPRISE, I just driving by sot see what that had on the lot and my wife ask Missy to assist us, I did not see what I wanted. Missy told she will get us the F150 we wanted. I bought a new F150 Hybird and had a deal pending with another dealership. Not only did Rockwall Ford sales rep Missy, work hard to get us the F150 we wanted they actually got the F150 that was $2,000 more and sold it to me for $2000 less that the other dealership. My super duty F250 was losing coolant quickly. I knew it needed to be addressed and professionally done and I knew I needed to rent another vehicle or get a loaner I what is meant by Moses in the I knew it needed to be addressed and professionally done and I knew I needed to rent another vehicle or get a loaner I what is meant by Moses in the service department who proficiently handled the paperwork to get my truck in the shop and repaired and Chris who helped ensure that I had insurance and I was able to get a F150 loader. Vehicle service guys are able to text with you and let you know what’s going on with the truckand got my approval for all the repairs the following morning and I was prepared that my truck would be there for days. Maybe I figured that they did a inspection and waited for my approval and not started any work but less than two days later, Moses called and said my truck is ready, but the mechanic could work late and got 80% of it done and then the following morning completed the rest of the work cleaned up the mess that the antifreeze made underneath my truck. I was very happy and satisfied with all my dealing with Rockwall Ford service department I’ve been there before I had to go through this time and I’ll come back if needed I buy my parts there as well .
