SERVICE VISIT

Normally I have a great experience at Rockwall Ford, this time was different in that I was waiting for service to be done. I had been waiting over 1.5 hours, when I went to check on progress another let me k time was different in that I was waiting for service to be done. I had been waiting over 1.5 hours, when I went to check on progress another let me know the car had been done for a while, Ion apparently went to lunch and didn't let anyone know I was waiting. Very disappointed in that. More
