Scheduled an oil change, tire pressure check, rotation and multi-point inspection with their coupon; first time with this new used car and they assured me it was fine for them to work on and the price of and multi-point inspection with their coupon; first time with this new used car and they assured me it was fine for them to work on and the price of coupon would apply. Took an hour because they had to order the filter, but they could get the other work started and oil drained while they waited for it to come, but then took another hour because they had to order the oil, (evidently they couldn't figure that out and order it at the same time as the filter) they said it was a special 10W-40 blend, to which I said the manual says if that blend isn'tavailable that it could use a 5W-30, but the order had already been placed. I asked if that was going to be more or if the coupon was still applicable and they said, "Don't worry, I got you." After over 2 hours when the car is finally done they were going to bill me 3xtimes the price of the coupon! No mention of this along the way! Thankfully, after I explained my questioning earlier and since they did not make me aware of this ahead of time but reassured me twice that the coupon would apply, they relented and honored that price. Yet, when I get in my car I see my window sticker shows 5-30 oil was used and I had to check the tire pressures myself only to notice that every one was low by 5-10 lbs! Not sure they rotated them either and I never even got a multi-point inspection report letting me know if anything was wrong or what else needed to be addressed. Gave them 2 stars because they honored the price of their coupon, or it would have been even less. More
