I have had many vehicles in my time, which means I have had the privilege of encountering many different salesmen and tactics. Never have I ever had the experience I had at Rockwall Ford. The entire proces had the privilege of encountering many different salesmen and tactics. Never have I ever had the experience I had at Rockwall Ford. The entire process was flawless! I was interested in test driving a Mustang and the salesman, JJ, knew I was heading next door to also test drive a Jeep. After the test drive, JJ did not attempt to persuade me in any way to stay there and make a deal with him. He wished me well and we went next door. I obviously came back to this dealership and the process was amazing. JJ and his team were very accommodating and did everything a potential customer would want to get into their desired vehicle. The car was delivered to me in pristine condition. This dealership genuinely takes pride in what they do, what they offer, and understand that making the customer happy is the priority. Rob, who I am not sure exactly what his title is, but he is a man that makes the ultimate decisions, was also incredible and accommodating. I really cannot say enough good things about this process. My only regret is that I have not visited this dealership prior to this time. They have earned a lifetime customer with me! Yes, it was really that great! JJ and Rob are the best! More
