Bought a used F-150 April 6, 2024. Would I come here again yes. Would recommend them to my single mother….absolutely. Some reviews said they felt like family. I would agree. Story: After deciding on the truck and price, it was now time for my wife and kids (7 & 9) to join me at Rockwall Ford. My kids were sitting at a table playing cards (we brought uno) when we went back to financing. Salesman Carlos walked around the corner to see a new guy sitting at the table with them. Carlos was concerned so he went to talk to the new guy and my kids. So after talking to them Carlos figured out it was my brother!!!! Hahaha. Uncle was driving through Rockwall and said he stop in. So yeah any place that looks after a customers kids is worth your consideration. And the price was fair on the truck…..there’s that to. More
