I called the service department to schedule an oil change, I specifically asked for fully synthetic synthetic oil as I always do, however the details were not added to the service order so the service change, I specifically asked for fully synthetic synthetic oil as I always do, however the details were not added to the service order so the service guy had them put semi synthetic oil in my vehicle, I caught the mistake and called to point it out, the adviser said when I called him to ask what happened, why did you not put the synthetic oil in as directed, he told me there were no details on the service order, I told him I’ve had my vehicle serviced there numerous times and I’ve always gotten synthetic oil so he apologized and said he’d make it right which I think he did, when I looked at the receipt the vehicle on the receipt stated it was a hybrid which my truck is not, there is so much confusion going on there I will be calling the manager tomorrow to ask xxx is going on, and did they put synthetic oil in My vehicle ? Not sure I will go back after this one for service, obviously they don’t what is going on.. More
